European Ring Stretcher Reducer Jewelers Tool Sizer. This is a new European ring stretcher. Can reduce and enlarge rings from European sizes 1 - 36. Reversible base plate has an assortment of 16 smoothly honed reduction dies. This will accommodate bands up to 1/2" (12 mm). To reduce rust in storage, metal tools received may come in packing grease or oil. To remove packing grease we recommend using degreaser and a rag.
